Ceremony Music: Four songs of your choice for key moments during the ceremony (e.g., processional, recessional). I will assist you with song selection to ensure the music perfectly fits the emotional tone of your ceremony.
Cocktail Hour: Curated 3x30min live sets that reflect the style and theme of your wedding. I take into account your preferences and your guests’ tastes to set the perfect mood for this part of the day.
Sound Equipment: High-quality speaker and microphone setup to ensure crystal-clear sound throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour. I’ll take care of the technical side, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
DJ Service: During breaks between live sets, I will ensure the music continues to flow smoothly by playing a carefully selected playlist through my sound system. This will keep the atmosphere lively and consistent, complementing the live music and maintaining the energy during transition moments.

After signing the contract, you’ll receive my Wedding Guide, filled with personalized insights and helpful tips to guide you through your musical choices. From ceremony to dinner, I’ll help you shape the perfect soundtrack for your day, ensuring every moment feels just right.

Event Announcements: While I’m not a wedding planner, I’m happy to announce key moments such as the cake cutting or the entrance to dinner. I’ll provide warm, professional announcements to highlight these important transitions and add a personal touch to your day.
Wedding Dance Song Recording: As part of your package, you will receive a recording of your wedding dance song (up to 2.5 minutes in length). This will allow you to practice and feel confident when it’s time for your first dance, ensuring everything flows smoothly.

You’ll have the freedom to choose four songs for your ceremony – one for the processional, one during the signing of the register, one for the recessional, and one for any additional moments you'd like to highlight. I offer both solo and duo performances, depending on what suits your vision for the day. If you’re looking for a more intimate setting, I can perform solo with my guitar. However, if you’d like a fuller sound, I offer a duo with Nathan, who plays violin. Together, we create a rich musical experience, but the choice is entirely up to you.

Once you’ve secured your booking, I’ll send you my Wedding Guide, which is packed with personalized insights to help you plan your wedding music. About two months before your big day, we’ll schedule our final planning session where we’ll review all the details—from the song choices to the timeline. This gives you the peace of mind to relax, knowing that everything is well thought out and in place.

I understand that weddings are dynamic, and sometimes changes arise. While we’ll finalize all details during our planning session, I remain flexible on the day itself. I’m always happy to accommodate adjustments where possible, ensuring that the music flows smoothly and seamlessly throughout the day. However, there are limits to this flexibility, and I kindly ask for your understanding that major last-minute changes might not always be feasible. My goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience, so you can enjoy every moment of your special day without any surprises.

To secure your date, I’ll send you a contract and a 50% deposit invoice. Once that’s complete, your wedding day is officially booked! From there, we’ll begin the planning process, starting with the Wedding Guide and our final planning session.
