the quiet seconds in between

THE FEELING BEHIND THE MUSIC

The deep breath before the doors open. The moment your person sees you for the first time and forgets what they were going to say. The friend in the third row who promised herself she wouldn't cry. The glasses raised, the hugs that go on a little longer than usual. The dinner table where no one is checking their phone.

That's what I'm there for.

What makes the difference

I DON’T JUST SHOW UP AND SING

Wedding Singer Deborah Posadas | Live Wedding Music Italy

My job starts long before the first note.

You bring the stories, the songs that mean something, the feeling you're after. I take care of everything around that — the flow, the timing, the details you shouldn't have to think about on the day. So when the moment comes, you can actually be in it.

If the timeline moves, so do I

I arrive early, I coordinate with your venue or planner, and if something on the day runs differently than planned — a reading goes longer, the ceremony moves faster — I adapt quietly. Your job is to show up and enjoy it. Mine is to make sure the music does exactly what it should.

I speak your language — literally.

With roots in Austria and Mexico, and a repertoire across English, German, Spanish and Italian, I'm at home at international weddings, mixed families and celebrations where one language simply isn't enough.

How we can work together

TWO WAYS TO HAVE ME WITH YOU ON YOUR DAY

  • The doors haven't opened yet. Your guests are seated, the space is quiet, and everyone is waiting for the same thing — that first glimpse of you. That's the moment the music starts. And from there, I'm with you through every moment until you walk back out together.

After the ceremony, it gets lighter. Someone is already crying and laughing at the same time. Your favourite people are all in the same place, glasses in hand, and nobody wants it to end. I move straight into your cocktail hour — same warmth, no gap — so that feeling just keeps going.

  • Everything from above — and then the evening takes on a different light.

Candles are lit, everyone finds their seat, and the day settles into something more intimate. Conversations run long, someone tells a story that makes the whole table laugh, and nobody is thinking about what comes next. That's what dinner feels like when the music is right.

And when it's time for your first dance, I'll have created a version of your song that fits you — the right length, the right feeling, nothing that needs to be endured. After your dance, I hand over seamlessly to your DJ or band, so the party can take off without a break.

Vanessa & Kevin

“From the very first conversation, we felt completely at ease. Deborah brought our song wishes to life in a way that moved us — and every single guest. You could feel in every moment that live music is simply irreplaceable. She gave our ceremony a very special kind of magic. And at the cocktail hour, she exceeded our expectations once again. We are endlessly grateful she was part of our day.”

I'm Deborah

THE PERSON BEHIND THE MUSIC

I grew up in a Mexican–Austrian home where feelings were allowed to be big and music was always on. It's been with me ever since.

Over ten years and hundreds of weddings across Europe later, I still get nervous before every ceremony — in the best way. The kind that means it still matters.

What I love most is the whole journey — the conversations, the song discoveries, the small decisions that slowly make your day entirely yours. The couples I work best with are the ones who enjoy that process as much as the day itself. Who come with ideas, stay curious, and trust that the rest will fall into place.

OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER

01 The First Note

A relaxed conversation — you tell me about your day, I listen, and we see if we're a good fit.

People in a room with large windows, ornate curtains, elegant chandeliers, and detailed wall moldings, likely in a historic or formal setting.

02 The Overture

Once you've booked, you'll receive my Wedding Music Companion and The Prelude — everything you need to start finding the music that feels like you.

03 The Crescendo

About two months before your wedding, we bring everything together — songs, flow, timing, every last detail.

04 Your Day

I arrive early, everything is ready. Your only job is to be there.

READY?

Dates fill up — and the right fit matters

If you're here, something already feels right. I'd love to hear about your day — where you're getting married, what you're dreaming of, and whether we might be a good fit for each other.
